Customer called to say Justin arrived within 10 minutes of the call and he was phenomenal! She said he was in and out in about 2-3 minutes. Customer said she had already waited 2 hours for another company, and Justin arrived and took care of everything. He really needs a pat on the back! She also said he was very professional and knew what he was doing. She wants management to know that she goes to a Business Monthly International meeting every month, and she will put PAL out there and let them know how amazing our company is. I want to take a moment out of my day to commend an excellent person doing an excellent job. I accidently locked my car with the door lock but didn’t realize my keys were in the center console and not my pocket when I did this! As soon as I shut the door I knew I had locked myself out of my car at the Westshore mall in Tampa and I live in Clearwater.
I called Allstate as I have the assistance coverage and they said it would take about 30 minutes for the locksmith to arrive. I was concerned because my cell phone only had 6% battery left and a lot of things had went sideways on me that day so I was at my wits end. I thought my phone was going to die before someone showed up or they would just drive past me (my charger was at the house instead of in my car like normal) so I thought my phone wasn’t going to hold out for 30 more minutes. No more than 10 minutes later I saw the Pop-A-Lock van drive up and I was so relieved!
I had a smile on my face but I was distressed with everything going on. John had a smile on his face and put me at ease. I let him know about my phone and he let me use his charger! He could have easily said no but he was willing to do whatever he could to help me. He began to get to work immediately after I signed a few places on the form.
He was very friendly and took great care of me, treating me with dignity and respect. A few minutes later my car door was open and I was on my way, all within 20 minutes of my phone call! I had 13% battery on my phone after the charge and was able to call my loved ones and let them know I would be seeing them very soon.
John made my long day end on a positive note and I was very thankful and appreciative.

Mrs. R stated she was so upset, and so rude when she called in originally due to her dog was locked in her car, and she did not have a good call back number at the time. Mrs. R stated that Brenda was so pleasant, and calmed her down when she was having such a bad night, she wants management to know what a great job Brenda did. Mrs. R. also stated that as soon as Steven arrived within minutes he unlocked her vehicle and got her dog out for her as quickly and calmly as possible. This customer wants management to know she will enver use any other company other than Pop-A-Lock ever again due to the kind of wonderful service she received by Brenda and Steven tonight.”

“WOW! Fast service… This is the first time I ever used a service such as this. I was told 30 min response time and Mike was there in that time or a little under. He “popped” my lock within a minute and I was able to get my keys. Very friendly and professional. They identified me to make certain it was my vehicle they were entering. Although I hope never to need their service again, I certainly will call them if the “accident” happens again. Thanks for a great job.”

Pop-A-Lock Tampa“On the evening of 10 Jan, I found I had locked my keys inside my car. And of course, I did not have any spares available. I called Pop A Lock and the gentleman on the phone took my information and told me that a provider would be there in approximately 40 min. The provider showed up in approximately 20 min and was absolutely the most kind and professional service provider I had encountered. At no time did he make me feel like the idiot I felt like for doing this. He took very gentle care with my car and he could not have been more polite. I believe the young man’s name was Mike and he is a credit to your company. Many kudos to him for his excellent and professional service!!!!”

Pop-A-Lock Tampa“While visiting my daughter (who just gave birth to my second grandchild) I borrowed her car and took her 19 month old to the store to give her a break. I managed to lock the car, with the keys on the front seat and the toddler in his car seat. I panicked alone in the parking lot less than 5 minutes before Pop-a-Lock arrived (along with other first responders). Not only were they quick and professional, but they helped keep both me and my grandson calm throughout the endeavor. By the time they left, my grandson was pretty sure we had just played a rousing game of peek-a-boo and never knew anything was wrong. I am truly thankful for the availability of this service, and only wish something similar existed in my hometown.”
